At the crew we have made something who can give us the chance to fite against
this echelon shit: ADMechelon lagger!@!@!$@!$!@$ (YEAH!!!)
basicly what ADMechelon do..
it send from a random spoofed IP a TCP packet with ACK flags,
with a generic mail (made by the echelon.cgi of www.echelon.wiretapped.net),
to a random spoofed IP with random source port,winsize,ack,seq.
